I am Aditya S Ganti. I come from the land of Milk and Honey .. India .

I am doing my master's in management at the Xavier Institute of Management where i am specializing in Marketing. In addition to 12 specialized courses in Marketing I have studied six specialised courses in finance so as to have a better understanding of the management profession. I shall graduate in March 1998

XIM-B as it is affectionately known as in Management circles is ranked as one of the top 5 management institutes in India.

Before taking up management studies I worked at Chemtex Engineering of India Ltd. a process consulting firm. I was working on the controversial Thapar Dupont project. Here I was part of a multi-cultural design crack task-force which was responsible for the plant design.

I am a qualified Civil Engineer from VJTI , an institute with a history of over a hundred years of technical excellence and academic rigour. I graduated in 1995.
